We need your NPI NOW! Please submit your NPI to Regence as soon as possible.
Beginning March 1, 2008 Regence requires all electronic submitters
to include their NPI on their claims submission. If
you haven’t previously notified us of your NPI using one
of the methods below, and your NPI is not on your electronic claims
submission, your claim will be rejected with a message indicating
you need to provide your NPI.
You can submit your NPI to Regence in one of four ways:
- On-line through our Web site
- Calling Provider Relations
- By Fax
- By Mail
A one page form is available that can be used to either fax or mail the NPI.
