Participating Network

• Statewide panel
• Largest network available
• Hold-harmless applies to Participating providers

Preferred Provider Plan Network

• Statewide panel
• Hold-harmless applies on Preferred Provider Plan and Participating providers

Access Network

• Available only in Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington and Clark (WA) counties
• No hold-harmless applies to non-Access Providers
• BlueCard® PPO or PAR applies outside our service area
