What is Regence Online Services?
Regence Online Services is a free browser-based service that allows you to access and input information for most of our members, eliminating the need to contact Customer Service for routine information such as:

  • Verify patient eligibility 
  • Verify patient benefits
  • Review the status of submitted claims
  • Search for participating panel providers

Becoming a User is Easy!

NOTE: Regence Online Services is available to contracted providers and health care facilities who have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.

1. Registering your organization

  • Determine who in your office or organization will act as your site administrator
  • Request access by registering your organization. This should only be completed once by each site, organization or office. Please contact your provider consultant if you are not sure whether your organization has already been registered.
  • Your site administrator will be contacted within five business days to complete the set up of your account. You will then receive an Organization Access ID (OAID) which will allow you to self-register for access to Regence Online Services.

2. Registering for user access

  • Your OAID, created by registering your organization, will allow new users to self-register online. You cannot complete the self-registration process without your OAID.
  • Once you have completed your self-registration process, you will be able to log into Regence Online Services.

Regence Online Services is available only via this Web site. Please note: To utilize this online system, your browser must support 128-bit encryption.

Hours of Operation
Available Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m.. to 6:25 p.m., and Saturday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..

Training and Support
Our online application is not only easy to use, it's easy to learn.

  • Most screens feature clearly labeled buttons to help identify functions available and to navigate through the system.
  • A help index, available in the Help section of the application, provides technical assistance and definitions of the application features.
  • For technical and security support please contact Regence Online Services at at
    1 (888) 427-0470. Support is available Monday through Friday, from
    7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Site administrators
Each office or organization with access to Regence Online Services is known as a "site." Each site must have an appointed site administrator. The site administrator will be responsible for monitoring all user access for your organization or office.

  • Site administrators allow new users access to their organization information by providing them with the OAID and self-registration instructions.
  • Site administrators may update user information or delete (deactivate) user access from their organization site by contacting Regence Online Services at 1 (888) 427-0470.
  • If there is a change to the Site Administrator for your office or organization, please contact Regence Online Services to update your account.
