Regence MedAdvantage

Regence MedAdvantage is a Medicare Advantage preferred provider organization (PPO) option available to eligible beneficiaries in Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Columbia, Hood River, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Wasco, Washington and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. It is also available in Clark County, Washington. In addition to Regence MedAdvantage we continue to offer our Preferred Choice Sixty-Five and Companion Medicare Supplement plans.

Our Regence MedAdvantage product uses the Regence MedAdvantage network for in-network services with no referral requirements. Regence MedAdvantage provides all Part A and B benefits with additional covered services in one plan. Most professional services are covered at 100% after a $5.00 copayment, or paid in full for in-network providers.

It is important to use the correct Regence form based upon your geographic location. Use of another health Plan’s notification form for Regence members is not considered valid by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
