Key Differences

  • Innova and Engage members can choose from a selection of seven different backgrounds on their member cards.
  • Members can also choose whether to have family or individual cards.

Providers will receive unique Claim Vouchers for Innova and Engage claims.

  • Line by line breakdowns
  • Codes billed by line item and then, if applicable, the code(s) bundled into them
