identification changes
- Provider complaints and grievances
- Inquiries that cannot be resolved through Provider
Customer Service
- Operational interface between organized groups and
the health plan
- Office visits requested for problem solving
- Resolution of global issues e.g. policies, medical
review
- Electronic tools, including information and training
on Regence Online Services
- Delegation arrangement issues
